I was talking to one elderly lady who had so many problems over the years.
Her husband had dementia. She had to organise care and then find a good care home, organise the fees, apply for benefits and she had no idea what she was doing.
Finding this website made her feel as though she wasn't alone - that other people had the same problems.
She laughed at the page about sewing names into clothes you take to a care home. It was a relief to know her husband wasn't the only one whose things were stolen.
